Beneath the grandeur of the former Ratings Chamber, descend the very stairs once used by cashiers collecting Sydney’s water rates. Hidden behind the original cashier’s counter lies this intimate space, preserved and transformed.
Join us in The Vault for a one-hour sensory journey through four signature pours from LARK’s core whisky range, perfectly paired with curated canapés. Available Wednesday to Sunday, these tastings are limited to just six guests per session for an intimate, storytelling-rich experience.
