Embracing the elegant curves of our building’s Art Deco architecture, The Hammond Room is our largest and most premium venue. Together, the Hammond room accommodates 136 guests cabaret style, or 280 guests theatre style.
Light and bright featuring floor to ceiling heritage windows, The Hammond Room is a versatile plenary space that can be separated into 3 individual sections of 40 to 56 guests, providing the ultimate flexibility and customisation for your event.
Our most spacious boardroom can accommodate up to 28 guests in a boardroom or banquet set up. This 78m² room with up-to-date technology is ideal for larger board meetings, cocktail functions and private sit-down dinners.
At 30m², The Upton caters to parties of up to 10 guests, making it ideal for intimate meetings. The Upton is equipped with a large format LED TV screen, up-to-date technology, a marble credenza and Art Deco touches.
Light and bright The Three-Nine is our most intimate room, perfect for smaller meetings. Spanning 32m², it can accommodate eight in a cabaret setting or ten in a banquet setting, and features advanced audio visual technology including a large format LED TV screen.

Helmed by renowned chef Luke Mangan, Luke’s Kitchen is the jewel in the crown of our beautiful lobby. With a maximum capacity of 127 guests for sole use, Luke’s Kitchen is a great option for a bespoke dinner or an upgraded seated lunch experience for your next meeting.
Our stylish rooftop encapsulates the relaxed outdoor lifestyle Sydney is known for, while exuding a sophisticated ambience that never fails to impress. The space, replete with trendy pool bar and ample seating, accommodates up to 200 guests and is an ideal venue for exclusive corporate functions and private events.
Our grand atrium is the talk of the town at Margot. With our 8m high ceilings and bold pillars, this space truly makes a statement for any event. Our eclectic finishes and furniture divides the space well for smaller events ranging from 50 guests up to 300 guests for a full atrium takeover.
